These are quality, service and price - exactly in this order. The buyer wants the quality to be self implied, that the delivery is agreed upon, and the price is negotiated. But after the goods are delivered within the agreed time, and payed a negotiated price, the product remains, and what is the most memorable to the customer is ultimately its quality. That's why our long-standing politics, which has for years included desire to work on constantly improving the quality of services in production, sales and distribution of additional automotive equipment, particularly car covers, seats and car mats, and increasing the professional level and knowledge of the staff and technical equipment, has resulted in obtaining ISO 9001:2008 certification for quality management system.

The implementation of ISO system is also related to the acquisition of trust of new customers, from Croatian but especially from neighboring markets, that are becoming increasingly our new customers. As the system requires continuous enhancements, special attention is given to the progress of competence in performing tasks.

We have established, documented, applied and now maintain a quality management system. According to the director, further continuous improvement of its effectiveness is in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001. The processes that make up a quality management system are classified into three levels: management processes, basic and support processes.

In 2009, we adopted a system of Quality Management at all levels, which comply with the principles of Pro Mimato to maintain high quality standards that were achieved, and continuously work on further improvement of quality, which implies a steadily increasing level of professionalism, reliability, impartiality, effectiveness with maximum respect for the requirements and desires of customers of Pro Mimato products and services.
