3D Mats – "77" Line
The 3D interior mats from the "77" line are manufactured using advanced 3D scanning techniques of the vehicle interior. The scanned data is transferred to a virtual space via CAD/CAM systems, allowing mats to be precisely tailored to the vehicle floor, with raised edges that follow the contours of the car. They are made from special TPE material, feature a non-slip backing, carefully designed surfaces, original fixation points for secure installation, and are wear-resistant, waterproof, and easy to clean.
The manufacturer, Frogum from Poland, produces the TPE compound in-house. This thermoplastic elastomer is widely used in automotive, cable, and household appliance production. Compared to traditional rubber, TPE can stretch to a certain limit and return almost to its original shape without damage, making products more durable. Most car manufacturers have fully switched to TPE for original floor mats, showing that it is a material of the future. Unlike rubber, TPE is recyclable, reducing environmental impact.
TPE mats are a modern, lighter, and eco-friendly alternative to rubber mats, with better resistance to extreme conditions and a more pleasant in-cabin odor.
Because Frogum produces the compound itself and does not source it from distant markets like the Far East or China, the material is high-quality, odorless, certified, black, highly flexible, and lightweight.
