Delivery & Pickup Information (Croatia & EU)

For orders placed through this web shop, Pro-mimato d.o.o. offers customers the option of in-store pickup (Click & Collect) or delivery to a selected address via our staff or external delivery partners.

Please note:

• Products are not kept in stock at the retail location, but in a separate warehouse.

• You will be notified by our staff regarding product availability and pickup timing.

• If the ordered product is not immediately available, we will inform you of the expected availability and pickup date.

• Free delivery for orders of €50.00 or more (VAT included)

• For orders up to €49.99, delivery cost is €7.50 (VAT included)

These conditions apply only within the Republic of Croatia.

European Union Delivery

We also deliver to selected EU countries. Shipping costs are calculated per delivery, and valid only for mailand within the selected country:

Additional delivery conditions - EU delivery only for mainland

The delivery charges displayed on the website and quoted during the ordering process apply exclusively to mainland destinations within the selected country.

Delivery to islands, remote areas, overseas territories, enclaves, and other locations that are subject to special carrier surcharges is not included in the standard delivery rates.

Examples include, but are not limited to, the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Madeira, Azores, French overseas territories, and similar destinations.

If the delivery address is located in such an area, Pro mimato d.o.o. reserves the right to:

• provide a separate delivery quotation before dispatching the order; or

• decline the order and issue a full refund if delivery is not commercially or logistically feasible.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that standard shipping rates are valid only for mainland destinations unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Delivery Process

If you choose delivery:

• Products will be shipped as soon as possible after order confirmation or after payment is received (bank transfers may take 1–2 business days).

• Delivery to islands or remote areas may take longer depending on courier schedules.

• You will receive an email notification with shipping details and the estimated delivery date once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery & Collection Conditions

• Upon delivery or pickup, you may be required to present a valid ID and sign a delivery note as proof of receipt.

• By signing, you confirm that the package was received undamaged.

• After acceptance, the delivery service is not responsible for damages unless it can be proven they occurred before delivery.

If you:

• Fail to collect your order, or

• Refuse delivery without a valid reason

we reserve the right to charge handling, transport, and related costs.

• Categories 4–6 (commercial goods):
  Delivery within 3–4 working days, if in stock

• Categories 1–3 (made-to-order products):
  Delivery within 10–15 working days

Order Processing

After placing an order:

• You will receive an offer by email, or a payment confirmation if paying by card.

• Once payment is visible in our bank account, the production or shipping process begins.
