GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The owner of all rights to the website pro-mimato.hr is the company Pro mimato d.o.o., which provides online sales services through its web shop – pro mimato.

By using the services of Pro mimato d.o.o. on the domain pro-mimato.hr, customers are deemed to be familiar with these Terms and Conditions of Sale at all times, and to fully understand and accept them.

These Terms apply to the rights and obligations relating to the purchase of products or services via the web shop pro-mimato.hr, as well as the rights and obligations arising from the conclusion of a distance sales contract (hereinafter: the “Contract”) between the consumer as the end customer and Pro mimato d.o.o.

Pro mimato d.o.o. reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice and shall not be liable for any consequences arising from such changes. Changes enter into force upon publication on this website.

Pro mimato d.o.o. also reserves the right to discontinue services, modify content, and change other services and subpages that form part of the web shop at any time without prior notice, without liability for any consequences arising from such changes.

The use of the web shop is permitted only to persons of legal age. Use by minors is not permitted, and parents or legal guardians are responsible for such use.

Use of the website and services is a personal right of the user and may not be transferred. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.

Access to the website may occasionally be interrupted or temporarily unavailable, and Pro mimato d.o.o. shall not be liable for any data loss during transmission over the Internet.

Products are used at the user’s own risk.

Pro mimato d.o.o. disclaims liability for the accuracy and completeness of all information on the website and reserves the right for errors in product descriptions and images. Product images may not fully correspond to the actual product.

The language of communication on pro-mimato.hr is Croatian.

2. TERMS OF SALE

I. Conclusion and Termination of the Contract

These Terms, together with specific product-related conditions, constitute an offer by Pro mimato d.o.o. to conclude a Contract.

The Contract is concluded when the customer:

completes an order as a registered user, or
completes an order as a guest user

The subject of the Contract is the purchase of selected products or services via the web shop, with payment of the corresponding price.

The Contract is concluded via means of distance communication (distance contract), including the internet.

The user must provide accurate data when registering or placing an order. Use of another person’s data is prohibited.

Each account is personal and may not be shared.

Pro mimato d.o.o. reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Directive compliance)

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires:

for goods: 14 days from the day the consumer acquires possession
for services: 14 days from the date of contract conclusion

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where:

the service has been fully performed with prior express consent
goods are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify Pro mimato d.o.o. via:

The consumer may use the standard withdrawal form.

Effects of Withdrawal

If the consumer withdraws, all payments received (including standard delivery costs) will be refunded within 14 days.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.

The seller may withhold the refund until the goods are returned.

The consumer must return the goods within 14 days and bears the direct cost of return.

The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.

II. Purchase Conditions

Product characteristics, prices, payment and delivery terms are those valid at the time of ordering.

All prices are expressed in EUR and include VAT.

Order confirmation is sent by email.

III. Delivery

For orders placed through this web shop, Pro-mimato d.o.o. offers customers the option of in-store pickup (Click & Collect) or delivery to a selected address via our staff or external delivery partners.

Please note:

Products are not kept in stock at the retail location, but in a separate warehouse.
You will be notified by our staff regarding product availability and pickup timing.
If the ordered product is not immediately available, we will inform you of the expected availability and pickup date.

Delivery Process

If you choose delivery:

Products will be shipped as soon as possible after order confirmation or after payment is received (bank transfers may take 1–2 business days).
Delivery to islands or remote areas may take longer depending on courier schedules.
You will receive an email notification with shipping details and the estimated delivery date once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery & Collection Conditions

Upon delivery or pickup, you may be required to present a valid ID and sign a delivery note as proof of receipt.
By signing, you confirm that the package was received undamaged.
After acceptance, the delivery service is not responsible for damages unless it can be proven they occurred before delivery.

Fail to collect your order, or
Refuse delivery without a valid reason

we reserve the right to charge handling, transport, and related costs.

V. Warranty

Products are covered by a warranty in accordance with applicable law.

Warranty period:

car seat covers: 1 year

Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use.

Proof of purchase is required.
