3D TRUNK MATS

TRUNK MATS

Trunk mats, also known as 3D trunk liners, are produced using specialized 3D scanning methods of the luggage compartment. The measurements are transferred into a virtual environment using CAD/CAM technology, ensuring precise, custom-fit production.

We offer two premium TPE material lines: PRO LINE and DRY ZONE.

The trunk liners are manufactured by Frogum (Poland), which produces its own proprietary TPE compound (thermoplastic elastomer). This material is widely used in the automotive industry, as well as in cables and household appliances. Its key advantage over other materials lies in its elasticity—it can stretch to a certain limit and then return almost to its original shape without damage. This makes TPE products significantly more durable compared to alternatives such as rubber or PVC.

Most car manufacturers have already transitioned to TPE materials for original car mats, which clearly indicates that this is the material of the future.

Since Frogum develops and produces its own material (rather than sourcing it from Far East or Chinese markets), the result is a high-quality, certified, odorless material, black in color, highly flexible, and lightweight.

PRO LINE Premium Trunk Liners

An added value of the PRO LINE range is the uniquely designed storage organizers for smaller items in the trunk, as well as designated areas for attaching cargo net hooks to secure larger loads.

If you frequently use your trunk space—for transporting smaller items, tools, shoes, workwear, or similar—these liners significantly improve organization and practicality of the cargo area.

DRY ZONE Premium Trunk Liners

The DRY ZONE line offers the same high-quality TPE material as the PRO LINE premium range. The shape and fit are also identical for each vehicle model, including the raised edges for maximum protection.

However, the design is simpler compared to the PRO LINE series. It does not include built-in organizers or designated attachment points for cargo nets. Instead, the DRY ZONE line features a more refined and minimal design, providing greater flexibility for transporting larger items and allowing you to organize the trunk space according to your own needs.

Advantages of TPE Trunk Liners Compared to Rubber Ones Available on the Market

Lighter Weight
TPE liners are significantly lighter than rubber ones, making them easier to handle and clean.

No Unpleasant Odor
Unlike rubber mats, TPE material does not emit a strong “rubber” smell, providing a more pleasant cabin experience.

More Environmentally Friendly
TPE is 100% recyclable and often free from harmful chemicals like PVC, phthalates, or lead.

Better Temperature Resistance
TPE liners retain their shape and elasticity in both high and low temperatures (they don’t harden in winter or soften in summer), making them more durable without cracks or whitening.

Premium Aesthetic
They feature a modern design that fits the vehicle floor more precisely, offering a “premium” look compared to classic rubber liners.

Easier Cleaning
The smooth, less porous surface allows dirt and mud to be rinsed off more easily.

Improved Chemical Resistance
TPE material better withstands salt, oil, fuel, and other substances commonly found in vehicles.

Summary
TPE liners are a modern, lightweight, and eco-friendly alternative to rubber mats, with superior durability, resistance to extreme conditions, and a more pleasant cabin experience. Their long lifespan makes them a cost-effective choice.

PVC Trunk Liners

For some models, PVC liners are also available. These are also custom-fit with raised edges but are made from PVC material, making them a more budget-friendly option.
