PRODUCT INFORMATION, DELIVERY AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

ORDER PROCESS AND DELIVERY
After the end customer (consumer) submits an inquiry or places an order:
-
they will receive an offer via email for the requested product, or
-
in case of card payment, a payment confirmation
Once the payment is visible in the company’s bank account, the process of:
-
production (if applicable), or
-
order dispatch will begin.
Delivery times

Commercial goods (items 4–6):
3–4 working days (if in stock)
If unavailable, the customer will be informed -
Made-to-order products (items 1–3):
7–15 working days

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The standard withdrawal form is available HERE.
Material defects are handled in accordance with applicable civil obligations law.
IMPORTANT – EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

goods made to the consumer’s specifications
-
clearly personalised products
This applies in particular to:
-
custom-fit seat covers
-
custom-fit car mats
WITHDRAWAL CONDITIONS
For products (items 3–6), provided they are not personalised:
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
Withdrawal can be exercised by:
-
submitting the standard withdrawal form, or
-
sending any clear statement of withdrawal via email
RETURN OF GOODS
The consumer must return the product:
-
at their own expense
-
either by post or in person
-
in original packaging
-
with the original invoice
The trader will issue a refund within 1 working day after:
-
receiving the returned goods
-
verifying that the goods are undamaged and complete
Refunds will be made to the consumer’s bank account.
RETURN COSTS
The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
The return is considered timely if the goods are sent before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.
LIABILITY FOR DIMINISHED VALUE
The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish:

the nature
-
characteristics
-
functionality
of the goods.
This means:

the product may only be inspected as it would be in a physical store
-
the product must not be used, modified, or altered
DEDUCTIONS FROM REFUNDS
If the value of the product has been reduced due to improper handling:
-
the seller reserves the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund
-
the deduction will be based on objective assessment of the damage
